The Unmistakables’ Simone Marquis named in 2021 HR Most Influential rankings

Updated: May 14

This week, HR magazine unveiled its 2021 HR Most Influential (HRMI) rankings at St Paul's Cathedral naming our very own Simone Marquis in the top 25 thinker list.

Now in its 15th year, HR Most Influential recognises the HR practitioners and thinkers who go above and beyond the day job to advance the HR profession and share best practice with the wider HR community.

Everyone on the shortlist is nominated by their peers, with ranking completed by HR magazine and Hult Ashridge Executive Education.

Simone officially joined The Unmistakables as Culture & Inclusion Director, having most recently led senior positions at Marks & Spencer, BT and EE. Since then she has focused on the ‘inside’ part of inside out inclusion® - building cultural confidence and inclusion competence across teams, brands and businesses - and building a team delivering on inclusive culture change within organisations.

The Unmistakables’ Founder and CEO, Asad Dhunna, said: “It’s no surprise that Simone has been recognised so highly by the HR industry and her peers. She’s truly unmistakable, and has made a massive cultural and commercial impact since joining the team, delivering against our purpose of accelerating inclusion across society and our client partner organisations. Her sharp insight, trusted counsel and ability to navigate the diversity & inclusion agenda makes her truly standout, and it’s an honour to work with one of the most influential people out there.”

The full shortlist will be available on a special area of the HR magazine website soon, along with announcement of this year's inductions into the HR Hall of Fame.
