We built the capability for TV creators around the world in service of a global strategy for inclusion
The challenge
ITV - the producer, broadcaster and streamer - wanted to build leadership capability levels around inclusion to embed a new global strategy and create confidence levels from the top down.
Our response
Through a bespoke approach, we partnered with leaders in the Netherlands, Germany and Australia to co-create and deliver a two-module learning programme that covered key concepts around inclusion, combined with specific context and applications relevant to the TV industry.
What we delivered
A series of leadership 1-2-1s with a subset of cohorts in each market to understand key challenges and market maturity
A bespoke programme of learning covering two modules with specific focuses on bias, inclusive language and inclusive leadership
Adapted learning to Dutch and German market contexts, including delivery in local languages
Independent learning materials to support self-learning beyond the training sessions
The impact
150 learners reached across three markets
Increased reported confidence levels across markets (+15% reported in post learning survey)
Increased understanding of key concepts impacting workplace culture (+43% reported in post learning survey)
