We worked closely across the entire LIONS organisation to better understand the state-of-play and ambition to become a leader in the creative sector for DEI. 

Our diagnostic helped the leadership team to understand areas of progress and areas of improvement. We covered depth and breadth in our approach, combined with external data gathering from customers and the wider industry. 


As standard with our approach, we coached and guided teams through the findings, and co-developed solutions for new ways of working. 

This was supplemented by learning sessions and toolkits, and our work continues with the LIONS organisation.
