Our Approach

Bringing inspiration to the eBay leadership team

The senior leadership team at eBay UK came together to realign on prioritises for the years ahead. As part of this team offsite, we were enlisted to bring an outside in approach to DEI.

Through carefully crafted content, we guided the team of 30 through the latest trends, opening up the space for discussion and debate. This set the scene for the two-day offsite, and provided the inspiration to explore how DEI could help to boost colleague and customer engagement.
