Our DEI Training for Agencies Approach

Creating award-winning work with BBH

Our multi-year partnership with the agency that zags when the world zigs has led to astounding results for the culture, the campaigns and the clients. 

We were enlisted to develop and deliver a programme of learning that covered the fundamentals of DEI along with deep dives into specific communities and audiences. Through a series of learning sessions, as well as specific deep dives for client teams, we provided new insights and strategic territories to guide more creative and more effective work.


As a result of this, we were brought in to provide live learning to guide the development of 'Together This Ramadan', an out-of-home activation that marked the first time a major UK supermarket sought to reach the Muslim community above the line.

The campaign received a Cannes Lions award for cultural insight, and widely praised across the marketing and advertising industry for its innovativeness. More importantly, it sparked an uplift in Tesco and Ramadan brand mentions, an improved Net Sentiment Score and crucially, extremely positive responses from Tesco colleagues who felt seen by their employer.
