Navigating the constantly evolving nature of equity, diversity and inclusion (ED&I) can be challenging. To help eliminate the fear of getting it wrong, we are delighted to present a new masterclass designed for people who want to build their ED&I knowledge going into 2024.
In this 90-minute interactive session, seasoned inclusion experts, Amani Saeed and Selina Kotecha, will guide you through the latest thinking in ED&I, trends we’re seeing both inside and outside organisations, and how this relates to businesses across different industries. This masterclass is designed to deliver practical insight regardless of where you or your organisation is on your inclusion journey.

Selina Kotecha, Principal Consultant - Inclusive Cultures
Selina has 12+ years’ experience as a business psychologist and consultant delivering strategic organisational change projects with a focus on talent acquisition, talent management and succession planning. She has a particular interest in creating inclusive talent processes and inclusive cultures within organisations and works with clients to create everyday behavioural change.
Amani Saeed, Inclusion Consultant
Amani has extensive experience in organisational transformation, particularly in the UK Civil Service as the anti-racism lead for DCMS and a Project Race manager for DfE. She takes an intersectional, evidence-led approach to delivering learning that enables behaviour change. Recent examples of this include developing and delivering learning for marketing and communications colleagues at Tesco, Sainsbury’s, and Mother.
