We’re looking for someone who can help us to accelerate inclusion - both with our clients and internally. Our first Inclusion Enabler (Office Manager & EA) will be a combination of an office manager and executive assistant - to join us as we partner with some of the world’s best known businesses and charities as one of Campaign's Best Places to Work & one of the most inspiring workplaces in EMEA.


We’re looking for someone who can support our operations team by helping to make our new office hub run smoothly, and who can work with our Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director to manage their diaries and the logistics of their busy schedules.

Wondering what you’ll be doing? Read on:

  • Working with the Production Director to keep our hub (office) running smoothly - ensuring that the whole Unmistakables team has an amazing environment to work from. It’s in the heart of Somerset House so you’ll be surrounded by other creative businesses and get early access to the ice rink this winter…

  • Supporting the operations team with contracts and paperwork - having a keen eye for detail and being proactive to streamline processes and how we get work commissioned and set up as a business

  • Onboarding and offboarding employees, freelancers and members of our culture-maker network - including supplier contracts and invoices & day-to-day liaison. You’ll be exposed and introduced to some absolutely amazing people along the way

  • Executive assistant to CEO & MD - scheduling meetings, keeping diaries up-to-date, booking rooms & flights, and making sure clients have a great experience when interacting with us. This means interacting with some of our most senior stakeholders and network

  • Supporting on note-taking where required - providing a clear summary of what was discussed and ensuring clients and the team are given clear actions. Never underestimate the impact of a well placed bullet point

Wondering what we’re looking for from you? Here it is:

  • Experience of diary management with a strong attention to detail to make sure a beat is never skipped

  • Experience of office management with the ability to coordinate and implement activities (it helps if you’re a dab-hand with a good playlist)

  • Strong ability to stay organised and keep other people informed and organised at the same time

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise as the day unfolds - working independently to complete tasks in the most efficient manner

  • Clear and concise language - being confident in communicating with senior stakeholders and executives; written work is clear and digestible and requires minimal edits

  • Strong experience of working with a team - being able to learn and adapt to new styles of people

  • Technical/ IT skills - ability to use Google Drive, Slack and other tech introduced as part of how we operate; ability to format presentations and documents

  • Connectivity - being able to demonstrate social and cultural curiosity about what’s going on in the world and what that means for businesses and society; consistently developing an understanding and point of view on trends and the latest news affecting the inclusion conversation

  • Ability to work from our hub in Somerset House at least two days a week

Salary level & perks

  • £37,500 - £42,500 depending on experience

  • Monthly wellbeing allowance

  • MacBook Pro

  • Bi-annual away days
