  • Junior Project Manager

  • Executive & Team Assistant

Junior Project Manager

Key responsibilities:

  • Client-facing delivery - supporting programme teams to deliver new and existing projects for our client partners

  • Running programmes of work from pre-sign off stage through to delivery and review meetings to find ways of finessing and improving for the future

  • Developing timelines and project plans - assigning tasks and ensuring accountability across the team and with client partners


Key deliverables:

  • Project timelines - creating, overseeing and delivering on these from start to finish

  • Spotting roadblocks and finding ways to overcome them individually and with the team

  • Meeting scheduling - ensuring swift set-up (whether virtually or eventually in person) and ensuring they run smoothly

  • Capturing minutes and actions from meetings and delivering swift follow-up and next steps

  • Spotting efficiencies and ways to work faster and smarter as a team. Working actively to review workload and responsibilities to make sure everything is manageable and realistic

Capabilities:

  • Administration: strong experience in administration - helping people and projects to run seamlessly and smoothly

  • Communications: note- and minute-taking in meetings and sharing in a way that is easy to understand for all

  • Analytical & critical thinking: ability to find solutions to everyday problems - looking at things laterally and self motivated to find answers

  • Creativity: bringing new ideas and thinking to the table and finding new solutions for clients with the team’s support

  • Project management: proven ability to organise projects and oversee deliverables and team accountability

  • Connectivity: socially and culturally curious to what’s going on in the world and what it means for businesses and society; a view on trends and the latest news; the ability to translate this to insights and actions for clients and the wider team

Pay:

  • £23,000 - £32,500 DOE


Executive & Team Assistant

Key responsibilities:

  • Supporting the chief executive with diary management, scheduling meetings, minute taking and general admin (50% of the role)

  • Supporting teams with project management and administration - ensuring critical projects run to task and to time (40% of the role)

  • Supporting with internal admin including all team meetings and company away days (10%)



Key deliverables:

  • Fast and accurate time-keeping both individually and for the people and projects you are responsible for

  • Meeting scheduling - ensuring swift set-up (whether virtually or in person), developing agendas and ensuring all meetings run smoothly

  • Minute and note taking - capturing meetings and following up at pace

  • Spotting efficiencies and ways to work faster and smarter as a team. Working actively to review workload and responsibilities to make sure everything is manageable and realistic

Capabilities:

  • Administration: strong experience in administration - helping people and projects to run seamlessly and smoothly

  • Analytical & critical thinking: ability to find solutions to everyday problems - looking at things laterally and self motivated to find answers
