We build a strategic action plan focused on inclusion with clear and tangible outcomes. We identified the film company’s opportunity to take a leadership role and diversify its audiences, approaches and content via new platforms.
The challenge
StudioCanal - the French film and television production company - came to us in search of a strategic partner to guide them in embedding inclusivity into their systems and processes in search of audience growth
Our response
Through a robust strategy development programme, we surfaced the voice of 75% of the workforce, bringing to light the wants and needs through a people-first approach. We harnessed these voices to develop a strategic plan to diversify their approach and content.
