We were enlisted by Mother, the award-winning independent agency, to redefine its approach to creativity through the lens of inclusion

The challenge


Mother - the UK's creative agency of the year - was looking for a partner to help embed inclusivity throughout the creative process in service of growth and relevants for its clients and their brands. 


Our response


We undertook a company-wide diagnostic, vision setting exercise, strategy development process and built an all-agency learning programme to reach over 100 Mother colleagues over a 12-month period.



What we delivered


  • Colleague sentiment surfaced through listening sessions and 1-2-1 interviews to inform the vision and strategic approach 

  • Strategy development sprints to create alignment on what inclusion meant for the business

  • Leadership training and coaching 

  • Tangible working principles to guide behavioural change

  • Bespoke inclusive creative tools for critical thinking

Mother had their highest annual revenue yet alongside being named agency of the year by Campaign and MAA
